Resumen:

Este artículo trata ecuaciones funcionales del tipo $f\circ f=h\circ f$ o $f\circ f=c I$, donde $I$ es la función identidad, $h$ es una función conocida y $c$ es unnúmero real. Las técnicas que se emplean son elementales, aunque los problemas que se resuelven no son en modo alguno triviales.

Abstract:

The article deals with functional equations of the type $f\circ f=h\circ f$ or $f\circ f=c I$, where $I$ is the identity function on $\mathbb{R}$, $h$ is a given function and $c$ a real number. Although the techniques we use are quite elemental, the problems around these functional equations are by no means trivial.
